Can you add the ability to flip both flippers at the same time?

hi, right now its one or the other (up and down arrows tested on Mesen, A to plunge) but i will talk to the coder helping me. Thanks!

Updated!! Thanks!! In the first two tables to activate both flippers use left key, in the 3rd big table activate both flippers with the up key!
